    The daughter of Yeats, Pilgrim Soul became the top lot at the Tattersalls Ascot Sale when knocked down to trainer Kerry Lee for £40,000. The turnover for the sale concluded at £423,200 while the average finished at £5,038, the median at £2,500 and an improved clearance rate of 87 per cent.

    The Tattersalls July Sale concluded with LETHAL STEPS selling for 300,000 guineas with a total of 183 lots realising a total of 3,184,300 guineas. The three-day sale realised 12,074,300 guineas for the 562 lots sold at an average of 21,485 guineas and a median of 10,000 guineas.
